Morningside Miami is just east of Biscayne Boulevard in the historic Upper Eastside. The neighborhood is renowned for being first to be designated as a historic district within the city of Miami. Morningside is home to many large, historic waterfront estates, but what you’ll mainly notice is their classic designs that date back to when the neighborhood first emerged in the 1920s. The gated neighborhood has its own namesake park and is also near the Julia Tuttle Causeway, which provides easy access to Miami Beach.
